Important Notes :-

• Airport and railway station pick-up and drop-off services will be provided by us.
• Camp to ghat by walk or Rickshaw from there one can take a holy dip at ghat or take a boat ride till Triveni Sangam.
• Best way to reach Triveni Sangam is by boat.
• All other sightseeing during the Kumbh Mela will be conducted on foot, by rickshaw, or by boat, which are easily available in the Kumbh area vicinity on direct payment basis.
• Guide services are also available at camps on direct payment basis.
• Due to traffic restrictions and traffic jams, sightseeing by vehicle is very difficult.
• During the Shahi Snan dates there will be restrictions for vehicles, There is NO VEHICLE ZONE on Shahi Snan dates in the entire Mela Area.
• On Peak bathing dates it is mandatory to book for minimum 3 nights or 4 Nights Package due to traffic restrictions ( i.e. 2 days before and 1 day after the Snan day)
• It is mandatory for guests to arrive in Prayagraj two days prior to the Shani Shan dates. For example, if the Shani Shan date is January 14, guests should reach Prayagraj by January 12.
• If you want, you can Opt for other days like Non-Shahi Snan also. The charges for Non-Shahi Snan days are also lesser as compared to Shahi Snan.
• Camps are situated 1 Kms to 5 Kms from Triveni Sangam at Jhunsi Side, Arail Ghat Side, Naini Side,
• Beware of unknown people and keep your belongings packed all the time. You are advised not to wear heavy jewelry during Kumbh Yatra.

• Any claim or delay charges due to natural calamities, road blockage etc. Or any other things which are not mentioned in the cost included column.
• Any Train, Airlines fare, Ropeway,Boating, Ferry charges etc.
• Any auto, Rikshaw, Tuk-tuk charges
• GST – 5% applicable on Total billing

Booking Procedure / How to book

How to book/ Booking Procedure

Once you are happy and Satisfied with the proposed tour plan and ready to make your travel booking with us. You need to pay at least 50% of the total tour cost in advance.

Payment Policy

• 50% Advance Payment: Required at the time of booking to start your booking process.
• 50% Balance Payment: 45 Days before your Arrival dates.
• For Shahi Snan dates booking, 100% payment of the tour cost is required to process the booking.

Meet & Greet on Arrival (How to Meet on Airport/Railway station)

Upon your arrival, our representative will be waiting for you outside the exit gate of the airport or railway station, holding a placard with your name for easy identification.

Child Policy:

• Child Below 5 Yrs. Complimentary.
• Child 5 -12 Yrs. with and Without Extra Bed will be chargeable.
• Child 12-18 Yrs. Will Be Considered As An Adult With Extra Bed

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

• After booking confirmation: 20% of the total tour cost
• 45-30 Days before the tour: 50% of the total tour cost
• 29-20 Days before the tour: 80% of the total tour cost
• 20 days or less before the tour: 100% of the total tour cost
