Maha Kumbh Mela 2025: The Kumbh Mela Police is launching a new plan to train and test officers to ensure Kumbh 2025 is secure and successful. Special training sessions and exams are being held to test police personnel’s readiness and prepare them for any challenges.
In the Maha Kumbh Police training sessions, officers are learning about disaster management, traffic control, handling devotees, and understand the religious and spiritual importance of Kumbh. After training, police officers are tested with a written exam to guarantee high security and service standards during the Mahakumbh.
In the written exam, questions cover training topics like disaster prevention, how to behave with devotees, and the spiritual aspects of Kumbh. Classes are being held for the policemen at Kumbh Mela to fully prepare them for duty, and exams are being conducted to test their readiness.
SSP Kumbh Mela Rajesh Kumar Dwivedi said that all police officers coming for Kumbh Mela duty must attend mandatory training classes. After this, they are tested on what was taught in the classes. The questions cover topics like disaster identification at Kumbh Mela, quick disaster solutions, route details, spiritual and religious aspects of Kumbh, and geographical conditions.
An exam is being held with 20 questions
Deputy Superintendent of Police Training Sandeep Verma, said that the exam includes 20 objective questions worth 100 marks. The exam time is fixed for one hour. If they fail, they have to attend a three-day training and then take the exam again to be prepared for Kumbh duty.
What is the reaction of the policemen?
Inspector Vinay Kumar Singh from Kushinagar said that after the training and exam, he learned a lot about Kumbh. Traffic Sub Inspector Sanjay Kumar Choubey said that after coming here, he got new information about Maha Kumbh, which will be helpful in his duty. Female constable Svetlana Maurya said that the entire police force is being trained so well that they will pass the real Maha Kumbh exam with distinction.
Mahakumbh is very challenging for the police
Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh, Prashant Kumar said, ‘All duties during the Maha Kumbh will be challenging for the policemen. Police officers are being fully prepared through training and exams to stay aware of their duties and handle any situation.
